InkWise is not responsible for the validity of your claims of truthfulness of your message. We frame YOUR content and deliver it to you for publishing, or publish under explicit instruction which excludes responsibility for any false information or claims. Should we become aware of a client making deliberate false claims, then we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract.

Equality

InkWise is fully committed to equity and will not knowingly work on projects which promote inequality on ANY grounds. Should we become aware of a client promoting inequity, then we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Any personal data disclosed to InkWise in connection with Copywriting services will be kept strictly confidential and will be used solely for the purposes of delivering the project, reference, record and accounting. It will not be disclosed to any other persons or used for marketing purposes.

The data will be deleted after six years or earlier on request, unless it needs to be retained for the purposes of relevant tax authorities or in accordance with any other mandatory legal obligation.

The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA). It also addresses the export of personal data outside the EU and EEA areas.

Payment

We will invoice for the amount agreed, including all relevant taxes, upon completion of the contract. Our standard terms of payment are for it to be made within 4 weeks of invoicing.
